Learn how to update your devices or call (800) 499-1336.Bluetooth® technology is a wireless standard used in devices to connect and stream information between them, provided all devices are Bluetooth compatible and the Bluetooth feature is switched on.
Bluetooth can be switched off on your smartphone or tablet by accessing the settings page. However, on Lexie Lumen Hearing Aids, the Bluetooth function remains on automatically when your hearing aids are powered on. This Bluetooth feature allows commands such as volume and or Environment changes to be transmitted wirelessly from the Lexie app to your hearing aids.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth function is switched off on your smartphone or tablet, you won't be able to transfer app adjustments to your Lexie hearing aids.
